This is a restaurant. Seriously. It seats 29 people and almost always has a line outside of hungry customers waiting to get in. It's a local legend round these parts. Casper's chili is famous. I have lived here 4 years and have always wanted to eat here but have not yet had the opportunity. For any of my friends who may be reading this... one of you needs to take me here. Immediately.
