Stuffed Jalapeños

Tonight a friend came over and made something new for us to try. It didn't sound too good as she described it, but man were we wrong. These things were so amazing. Basically she put some ground sausage in a skillet to brown and while that was cooking she cut the jalapeños in half lengthwise and hollowed them out. Then when the sausage was done, she drained it and mixed in cream cheese and shredded cheese, filled the hollowed out peppers with the mixture, and baked them in the oven for a few minutes. They were amazing.
